SMTP | Postcast over Windows

I can not find a better place to put this and I wanted to document this. I have called ATT to unblock my SMPT port 25 so I could send mail from our servers on site. I ran POSTCast which works great but later decided to implement Windows SMTP service as well. This messed up my connection to "adsl-99-60-211-254.dsl.rcsntx.sbcglobal.net". I had to discontinue use of the Windows SMTP service to get my connection back up. Been good ever since.
