PHPMyAdmin?

Debating if I should install PHPMyAdmin.  I have to use it with my online hosting so it might be worthwhile to have it on my local machine as well.  The only thing holding me back is the old adage "If it ain't broke don't fix it".  Right now my local servers are running great!
